Natalia has over 10 years of experience as a group fitness instructor and a personal trainer. She’s been working with people of different age groups, fitness levels, and physical conditions. She has abundant experience in working with pre- and postnatal clients, seniors, and people with injuries. Natalia holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Moscow State University (2005-2010). In 2008-2010 she got certified as a group fitness trainer and a Pilates Instructor back in Moscow, Russia with Fitness Professionals Association FPA and Wellness Academy. Natalia moved to Los Angeles in 2011 in search of new opportunities for her fitness career. In 2013 she completed 200-hours Yoga Teacher Training with Rudy Mettia in Santa Monica, CA. In 2015 she participated in an immersive training in Five Element Thai massage with Sarah Vosen and Sarah Yovovich. In 2018 Natalia participated in a workshop on Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) developed by Prague School of Rehabilitation. In 2019 she got certified in contemporary cupping methods with International Cupping Therapy Association. When teaching her pilates clients, Natalia is very attentive to details, proper core activation, and breathing.
